This isn't a tutorial but I was playing around and thought it looked really neat. :) I added two-sided planar depth and a dark drop shadow, then i changed the shadow from black to green, and added a whole lot of "noise". I thought it looked like grass or something of that sort crawling up the side of my name...Fun fun fun!

Rough Metal Text Effect-Photoshop-11/18/10

Mine says "Tough". This tutorial was also an "intermediate" level but was honestly the easiest one I've ever done! It only had 4 steps and all were very precise. It didn't take long because you have the option of downloading the background or doing the tutorial for that too...I'm gonna try that for fun to see how it works out!

Ok so the one with my name is obviously mine and the other is what it's supposed to look like. :) I used a different font because I couldn't find that one but everything else was pretty easy. This tutorial is an intermediate one but wasn't hard at all and only took me about 30 minutes! This is what I've been up to. So each month will have a certain "thing" or ingredient that everyone should try at some point in their life. So...to help out, the back of each month will have a recipe that includes that certain ingredient.
